Today we’re delighted to welcome Gerhard Lazu, our third new starter of the week. Gerhard joins our engineering team where he’ll be helping to build a series of infrastructure services which are the first steps on the road to delivering our new API.
Also new to globaldev are Paul Pounder and David Stalker who both started on Monday. Paul brings a wealth of ColdFusion experience to the team and will be working part-remote from Nottingham. Meanwhile, David is a local lad from just down the road in Bracknell and is joining our QA/test team to strengthen our testing capability.
Gerhard, Paul and David are the latest in a hiring spurt: Kevin Roche, Khalid Akram and Tayo Akinmade have all recently bolstered our ColdFusion team and we’re looking forward to three further additions over the next month.
Last night we took our newbies and the rest of the team out for pizza and drinks in Windsor. It was a dual celebration: new starters plus the end of our recent "Niching 2" project that was a huge success and is now live on the WLD platform. Jim took a few photos:
And that’s not all! We’re continually on the lookout for developers, engineers and testers to join the team. Take a look at our jobs page and get in touch if you’d like to find out more.
