The Lead Developer

The Lead Developer is a new conference for the growing number of developers who combine day-to-day coding with team leadership. Providing practical advice and tips from industry experts, the one-day event is being held in Westminster, Central London on Friday 11th September.

We’re attending and Development Team Manager, Sam Barnes, is presenting his talk “People are weird, I’m weird” after lunch in which he’ll share his views on how to effectively manage developers who have varying personalities. Drawing on his experiences managing over 20 of the Venntro Development team and working in creative agencies around London his session is not to be missed. Look out for his impressive arsenal of animated gifs.

Venntro Development is also the lunch sponsor and we’ll have a stand in the foyer so if you’re attending say hello. Also, we’re hiring so if you’re a Ruby developer, QA engineer or web designer and interested in joining our team we’d love to speak to you.
